The fairgrounds are also home to the Evergreen Speedway which features nationally recognized events and local racing.

Bicycle enthusiasts and sightseers in general will appreciate Monroe's agricultural roots and the miles of country roads that wind through lush and scenic farmlands. For a taste of the country life, try a U-pick farm for the freshest possible strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or other summer treats. If you prefer convenience, enjoy fresh-picked fruits and vegetables at one of the roadside stands.
