At milepost 36, sits Highway 2’s longest running espresso stand with gourmet & espresso drinks, cookies, muffins & ice cream novelties, framed prints, forest passes and trail info. Come visit the 14 ft tall wooden carving of Harry Henderson from the movie “Harry and the Hendersons” (actual film location). Look for BigFoot souveniers, cups, and brochures. (BigFoot hair too). The Chalet also serves as a Bridal Veil Falls and Mt. Index overlook/viewpoint.
