Winthrop Folk & Roots Fest

The Winthrop Folk & Roots Festival returns to the Methow Valley October 23–24, bringing nationally touring singer-songwriter Max Gomez to the Winthrop Barn alongside a lineup of acclaimed Pacific Northwest musicians performing folk, bluegrass and old-time music. The festival is part of Mountain Music Fund’s broader mission to expand access to music and music education in the Methow Valley. In addition to performances, the organization creates opportunities for people to listen, learn and participate in music through workshops, jams and other educational and community programs.
